What actually happens without you in the country

We walk the property on video call and send a full photo and document set before you commit to anything. Once you decide, a notarised power of attorney — arranged through a Turkish consulate or a local notary if you are already in the country — lets our side sign the contract and attend the deed appointment on your behalf.

Funds move through the same banking channels a resident buyer would use; we do not accept payment into a personal account.

What you still need to do yourself

Grant the power of attorney, transfer funds from an account in your own name, and sign the underlying sale contract — usually electronically. Everything after that is handled on-site.
