How it works in outline
Buy property at or above the current threshold, hold it for the required minimum period, and get an independent valuation confirming the purchase meets the figure at the time of application. The threshold and hold period are set by the Turkish government and have been revised before — confirm the current number before you commit to it as a plan.
What eligibility is not
A Turkish citizenship-route label for foreign buyers is not a guarantee of approval, and it is not proof the property is a good investment on yield or resale. We filter eligible stock separately from investment stock so those questions do not get mixed.
Independent counsel
We identify property that can support an application and introduce immigration counsel for the filing itself. We do not run the citizenship application as part of the brokerage fee.
