What we collect when you use this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us directly — name, email, phone and WhatsApp number — and account information. When you use a connected customer portal, we also process the requests, payment declarations and receipt documents you submit. Do not upload card security codes, passwords or unrelated identity documents.
Hosting services may log technical information about requests. Essential storage supports sign-in and preferences. If analytics is configured, Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow analytics cookies; you can change that choice using Cookie preferences. We also keep anonymous visit counts (page views, country, live visitors) in our own database, with no cookie and no IP address. See our cookie policy for details.
What it's used for
Replying to your enquiry, matching you to relevant properties, and — only if you opt in — the monthly list. We do not sell contact details to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to us. Contact details are in the footer of this page.
We reply the same day, usually within a few hours.
