Who this is for
Agents with a buyer looking in Antalya, Alanya, İstanbul or Dubai, or developers with a project they want in front of our buyer list. We work on a disclosed referral basis — commission agreed before any introduction is made.
How introductions work
You brief the buyer or project once; we confirm fit against current stock or demand, then both sides see the commercial terms in writing before anyone is introduced. We do not double-represent quietly or bury referral fees inside the asking price.
We reply the same day, usually within a few hours.
