After completion
Transferring utilities into your name, registering for local property tax, and — for new-build purchases — a snagging inspection before or shortly after handover so any defects are logged with the developer while it's still their responsibility.
Optional add-ons
Furniture packages, cleaner handover for first rental, and introductions to management if you will not occupy the property yourself. Nothing is bundled by default — you choose what you need after the deed is done.
