Türkiye offers a citizenship-by-investment route above a published property threshold. Dubai's route runs through residency rather than citizenship.
The Turkish route
Property purchased at or above the current published threshold, held for the required minimum period, can qualify a buyer to apply for citizenship. The figure and hold period are set by the Turkish government and have changed before, so we confirm the current requirement with you rather than quoting last year's number.
The Dubai route
Property investment above a set value can qualify for a long-term UAE residency visa rather than citizenship. Requirements and thresholds are set by the UAE authorities and worth confirming at the time of purchase.
