How it works
The same comparable-sales method we use ahead of a listing, adjusted for what the valuation is actually for. An insurance valuation and a sale valuation are not the same figure, and we ask what you need it for before we start.
What we need from you
Address or title reference, approximate size, and the purpose of the valuation. Where we cannot inspect in person immediately, we say so and qualify the figure rather than presenting a desk estimate as a full appraisal.
