What we mean by an investment property here
Somewhere the resale market is genuinely liquid — Mahmutlar in Alanya is the clearest example on our current book — or an off-plan unit priced ahead of a delivery date, where the gain is between reservation and handover rather than between two resales.
Properties that may support a foreign buyer's Turkish citizenship application are filtered separately. The current threshold and official conditions are verified case by case; eligibility is neither approval nor proof of a good investment.
