Commercial leasing is the newest part of what we do, mostly handled case by case rather than through a standing listed inventory. If you have a location and use in mind, tell us and we will scope what's realistic.
What you should prepare
Intended use, approximate floor area, preferred street or district, and whether fit-out is required before opening. Commercial terms often include deposit, fit-out periods and break clauses — we introduce independent counsel for the lease itself.
