Who this is for

People testing an area before committing to a purchase, or here for a defined stretch — a work posting, a winter season, a renovation on a property they already own. Most mid-term lets come furnished.

What to expect on paperwork

A written lease with clear start and end dates, a condition report with photographs at move-in, and a deposit held against that report. Utilities are either included or transferred into your name for the stay — we say which, before you sign.

Extensions are possible when the owner agrees; we do not assume a mid-term stay rolls into a long-term lease without a new agreement.

Where things stand today

Our rental inventory is limited while we build it out alongside the sales side. Tell us the city, dates and budget and we will match you against what exists or what is coming available, rather than listing homes that are already taken.
